Does anyone use JLR Mongoose for Jaguar and Land Rover diagnostics & module programming?
We all know Ford VCM, it is available with two kinds of version, one is VCM V70, and another one is VCM V77.Both Ford IDS VCM V70 and V77 work with Ford, Mazda, Jaguar and Land rover, VCM V70 works with ford and Mazda up to 2010 year, and works with land rover and range rover from 2006-2010 year; VCM V77 works with both old and new ford and Mazda cars models, and works with land rover and range rover from 2005-2010 year


This morning, I came across in uobd2.com a new Jaguar and Land Rover diagnostic and key programming tool named JLR Mongoose for Jaguar and Land Rover. I am uobd2.com old customer; I usually buy Rotunda Dealer IDS VCM, and get after-sales technical service, but never buy even one JLR Mongoose for Jaguar and Land Rover after it is in stock, does anyone use it? The Mongoose JLR is a USB pass-thru device that utilizes the SAE J2534-1 API. What this means is that the Mongoose JLR uses a standard communications interface to the vehicle, allowing it to work with 3rd party diagnostic applications. Different diagnostics and data logging applications supported are currently supported by the Mongoose, with more being added all of
